TALLAHASSEE, FL - Gov. Charlie Crist said Wednesday he is keeping prisons boss Jim McDonough, the state's former drug czar who took over the scandal-ridden Corrections Department a year ago. McDonough, 60, replaced James Crosby last February after he became enmeshed in a wide-ranging investigation into possible criminal activity among prison system employees.
