| Bank donates $5K to women's prison |

EAST LYME, CT - The Liberty Bank Foundation has awarded a $5,000 grant to A Sacred Place, Inc. to support the Barbara Fund, an accredited college program for qualified inmates at the York Correctional Institute, a women's prison in East Lyme. The Barbara Fund is the latest of eight programs offered to inmates at York Prison. The programs provide opportunities for incarcerated women to draw strength from themselves, connect with their communities, and learn how to make responsible choices. Read more.
