JEFFERSON COUNTY, AR - Sixteen days after he became the first African-American sheriff of Jefferson County, Gerald Robinson asked citizens at the Pine Bluff C ountry Club to help him change the negative image the city and county has. “Take the time to think about how you can make this a positive place to live and work,” Robinson said Tuesday at a meeting of the Pine Bluff Rotary Club at the Pine Bluff Country Club. “Make that your goal.
