CINCINNATI, OH - Cincinnati City Council and the Hamilton County Commissioners said Wednesday they will work on a plan to build an interim jail facility to house county prisoners. The proposal is for a temporary facility that would house 500 female inmates, according to a news release from council member Leslie Ghiz.
