WHITE COUNTY, AR - “Welcome to the Parish Hilton,” someone said as the White County Sheriff's Department unloaded the last of 87 prisoners moved into the new jail, located in the White County Law Enforcement Center on Booth Road in Searcy, Tuesday night. Retired White County Judge Bob Parish served as the county's executive officer during the financing and building of the new center. Read more.
