SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA - The Ministry of Justice in South Korea is planning to change the design of prison uniforms for the first time in 50 years. After taking into account the psychological effects of color, the ministry made the decision to change the male uniforms from dark blue and brown to khaki and light blue, the Korea Times reported.
