SALEM, OR - The Oregon State Correctional Institution in Salem returned to mostly normal operations about 1:30 p.m. Monday following a 29-man fight Saturday evening, the Department of Corrections said. Bryan Goodman, a correctional officer at the prison, said officers thought the fight between Latino gangs broke out over seating at a dining room table. Read more.
