GREAT FALLS, MT - When residents recently moved into the new Great Falls Prerelease Services building, Jerry Keller, 41, took extra pride as he hauled his belongings into his new room. Keller, hired by a local construction company, helped with the taping and spraying of the new center's walls while construction was under way the past year. Read more.
