CHARLESTON, WV - Pay raises to keep state Division of Corrections and Division of Juvenile Services employees were recommended by a state Senate committee Tuesday. Employees of the divisions, which operate the state's adult and juvenile prisons, flocked to the Capitol Monday, telling lawmakers about the dangers of their jobs, long work hours and low pay.
