CINCINNATI, OH - The preferred location for a new Hamilton County jail is the former Kahn's plant in Camp Washington. Todd Portune, president of the Hamilton County commission, and Hamilton County Sheriff Simon L. Leis Jr. have confirmed the county's preference. So far, nobody objects - not even neighbors.
