INDIANAPOLIS, IN - An Indiana Department of Corrections study finds problems such as poor sanitation at the Marion County Community Corrections Center in Indianapolis. The report also cites problems with the emergency sprinkler system and a moldy ventilation system. The 24-year-old facility houses 200 prisoners, including about 25 felons, and provides alternative sentencing such as house arrest, work-release and day-reporting programs. Read more.
