HOUSTON, TX - There are new concerns about the Texas Youth Commission that include inadequate medical care and at least one closed case involving the use of excessive force. There are now more than 300 reports of alleged abuses at TYC and almost one-fourth of those reports involve some type of inappropriate sexual contact. Read more.
