| Lockdown continues; restrictions relaxed |

ALLOUEZ, WI - A lockdown that began almost five weeks ago remains in place at Green Bay Correctional Institution in Allouez, even though some restrictions have been relaxed. Inmates were circulating a petition with several demands and were planning a sit-down work stoppage if those demands weren't met, Warden William Pollard said last week. Read more.
