| PM considers corrections, ministry merge |

NEW ZEALAND - Prime Minister Helen Clark is not ruling out incorporating the beleaguered Department of Corrections with the Ministry of Justice. The department was split from the ministry in 1995. On Tuesday, Miss Clark outlined changes the Government wants to make to parole law, following fallout from the release of convicted killer Graeme Burton last year. Read more.
