FULTON COUNTY, GA - The Fulton County Jail has been ordered to comply with a federal consent order that dictates minimum staffing levels for safety reasons. However, there's substantial doubt it does. This week, U.S. District Judge Marvin Shoob moved to resolve the issue by naming former jail administrator Riley Taylor to verify the staffing numbers in reports Sheriff Myron Freeman must give the court.
