Opinion: Corrections needs study

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK - Brad Henry has been wrong about several things in his more than four years as governor, and he's wrong to veto a $1 million external audit of the state Department of Corrections.

The state will pump more than $450 million into corrections this year, and corrections says it's not enough. The state's prisons are overcrowded and guards are underpaid and few. The state is short on rehabilitation services. Read more.
