PITTSBURGH, PA - Inmates at the Allegheny County, Pa. Jail are apparently still "fishing." According to a report in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, inmates on the Mon River side of the jail have been spotted lowering fishing lines out of recreation room windows to get small amounts of drugs and tobacco.
