| WV brings workers to the table |

CHARLESTON, WV - West Virginia's state government still won't bargain with labor unions, but it will give three of its workers seats at the table to discuss pressing problems within their agencies. Gov. Joe Manchin unveiled the pilot program Wednesday in which the employees will help identify and solve workplace conditions and issues at the Division of Highways, the Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority, and the Department of Administration.
