NASVILLE, TN - The director of Corrections Corp. of America, which operates prisons and detention facilities, sold 22,500 shares of common stock under a prearranged trading plan, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Tuesday, Henri L. Wedell reported he sold the shares Monday for $53.58 apiece. Read more.
