BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA - In the past few weeks, both Kamloops newspapers have carried articles or letters from readers regarding the effect that inmates from the Kamloops Regional Correctional Centre (KRCC) have on the City of Kamloops and its citizens. The community advisory board, which is a volunteer group, would like, on behalf of KRCC, to provide some information on the topics of the institution and its inmates. Read more.
