CROWN POINT, IN - The sheriff wants to hire a bouncer for the Lake County Jail. County Sheriff Rogelio "Roy" Dominguez said the lockup already is filled to capacity with defendants accused of violence and drug dealing, and he doesn't want the jail to become lodgings for the homeless or mentally ill caught in the gears of the criminal justice system.
