HOLMES COUNTY, OH - Employees at the Multi-County Juvenile Attention System want to join the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. The union, if approved by the State Employment Relations Board, would represent about 150 employees at detention centers in Stark, Wayne, Tuscarawas, Holmes, Carroll and Columbiana counties, according to Lou Maholic, a staff representative for AFSCME, Ohio Council 8.
