PHOENIX, AZ - Four investigators from the Arizona Department of Corrections are in Indiana to help prison officials determine what sparked a riot that left two staff members and seven inmates with injuries. Tuesday's incident reportedly started when Arizona inmates housed at the Indiana prison protested some of the conditions there and refused to follow officers' orders.Read more.
