| More space for Del. prisons urged |

DOVER, DE - Saying "the inn is full," Corrections Commissioner Carl Danberg urged lawmakers Wednesday to back a six-year, $368 million plan to add 950 beds to the state's prison system and improve medical facilities. Danberg told the Joint Bond Bill Committee that more room must be added to the Sussex Correctional Institution, Young Correctional Institution, Baylor Women's Correctional Institution and the Plummer House Community Correctional Facility.
