The Correction Officers Memorial Wall was created by New York State Department Of Corrections officer Jim Holtz in 1996 to honor the men and women who have given their lives in the line of duty. Holtz is an officer at Attica Correctional Facility and maintains the site on his own time. His other site, Behind The Wall, provides details on working in a correctional facility. |
