NORMAN, POLK, RED LAKES, MN - It may be difficult to say that a Corrections Officer's job is glamorous and sought after by many, but it would be easy to say that a Corrections Officer's job is demanding, interesting and gratifying. The public does not really see first hand what our Corrections Officers at the Northwest Regional Corrections Center may do on any given shift, so I would like to bring a little bit of their world into yours.
