GUAM - Department of Corrections Director Robert Camacho yesterday said that he would cease operations at two prison facilities to deal with a $200,000 cut of the department's current fiscal year budget. In doing so, Camacho said that all inmates and detainees who are being held at the Hagatna Detention and Minimum Security facilities would be moved into the main Mangilao compound -- where crowding continues to be a problem.
