RIFLE, CO - When the doors officially opened on Garfield County's new Community Corrections Center outside Rifle Wednesday, the community corrections program also came of age. The 10,000-square-foot building across the road from the county airport, constructed at a cost of $1.5 million, "gets us an independent facility.
