| Sheriff refuses budget resubmission |

BRADLEY COUNTY, TN - The Commission’s Finance Committee is asking Bradley County Sheriff Tim Gobble to go back to the drawing board with 2007-2008 budget requests for the Sheriff’s Office and Corrections, lowering his requests to this year’s budget numbers. Sheriff Gobble said today he is not willing to resubmit his budget requests with lower numbers (from this year’s bottom line). Read more.
