OLYMPIA, WA - When the 350 employees of the Washington Department of Corrections headquarters evacuated their building on Friday, they didn't know what they were afraid of, only that it was probably unpleasant and possibly explosive. Soon however, according to USA Today, their worst fears were replaced with mild annoyance, as the possible mail-bomb in question yielded, instead of detonating death, a smarmy bobble-head doll representing the resentment of a local T.V. news reporter.
