ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Department of Corrections is asking the public for helping in finding missing Level 3 sex offender Coy Allen Lehn. Lehn, 35, was convicted in 1992 of first-degree criminal sexual conduct for the abduction and sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl. He was released from prison and placed on intensive supervised release in Hennepin County in November. He has been considered a fugitive since May 21 for being unaccountable to his supervising agent.
