| Prison not answer for all pedophiles |

LONDON, ENGLAND - The head of a child protection agency has come under fire for saying that too many paedophiles are being sent to jail and many should instead be treated in the community. Jim Gamble, head the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP), said that some offenders - especially those who view child pornography - should instead receive a police caution then be treated in the community to prevent them from committing further offences.
