GUAM - The Department of Corrections officials continue to investigate the events that led to one inmate's escape from the Mangilao compound Thursday. DOC Director Robert Camacho said they've already interviewed Thomas Toves Quichocho, the man who escaped late Thursday night and was caught the following morning around 7:30 at the Micronesia Mall without incident.
