SALEM, OR - Members of the Association of Oregon Corrections Employees had never met West Salem High School student Edgar Galvan, but that didn't stop the group from donating to the young boy who has spent his entire life in a wheelchair. Association president Cpl. Bryan Goodman, accompanied by his wife, Cherrie, and son, A.J., 6, on Monday presented Edgar and West Salem High School principal Ed John with a $700 check on behalf of the 720-member AOCE.
