JACKSON COUNTY, MI - A man who walked away from a Jackson County prison farm nearly 25 years ago will be arraigned June 26 in Circuit Court on a prison-escape charge, a District Court judge ruled Monday. District Judge Charles Falahee Jr., said in a preliminary examination that enough evidence exists for Jack Duffy, 56, to stand trial in Circuit Court. "He escaped. He got caught.
