NORTHAMPTON, MA - Although state officials have refused to identify them or the location of their properties, two private landlords have submitted proposals for the siting in Belchertown or Ware of a community corrections center. Kevin P. Flanigan, a deputy director of the state Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, said on June 5 that the agency will not identify the landlords or the locations of the properties that they proposed until after a selection is made "within the next few weeks."
