Lawrenceville, GA - An efficiency study of current operations at the Gwinnett County Department of Corrections will begin soon. The Board of Commissioners on Tuesday awarded a contract for $137,478 to Carter Goble Associates, Inc. of Columbia, S.C. The consulting firm, one of five that submitted proposals, was selected based on qualifications, experience, references, responsiveness and total cost.
