| Loaded gun snuck into Nashville jail |

NASHVILLE, TN - Authorities say an inmate got a loaded handgun past Metro Nashville police officers and Davidson County Sheriff's deputies. The weapon was found in a room full of inmates and unarmed officers. Sheriff's spokeswoman Karla Crocker told WSMV TV the inmate sneaked the gun into the jail and hid it under a chair in the booking room. |
