CONCORD, NH - The out-of-state union that last year persuaded employees at Fish and Game and Highway Patrol to break with the State Employees' Association now wants to add the state's prison workers. Saying it has the necessary support from employees, the New England Police Benevolent Association, based in Lowell, Mass., filed a petition with the state this month seeking to represent the prison's corrections officers and supervisors.
