| Powder at courthouse not Anthrax |

ALBANY, NY - Federal agents have ruled out Anthrax as the substance discovered in a letter at the federal courthouse here Monday, FBI officials said. The C.B. King Federal Courthouse was locked down for several hours Monday after an employee noticed what investigators called a granule-like powder in an envelope from a correctional facility in North Carolina. Albany Police, Albany firefighters, U.S. Marshals, FBI agents and postal inspectors all spent Monday combing through the building, containing and then moving the letter to a lab in Waycross.
