Judge frees prisoner targeted by inmates

BALTIMORE, MD - A judge has freed a prisoner from custody after the man complained that he was being abused by other inmates.

Michael Poole, 24, pleaded guilty in April to killing two cats that belonged to an elderly woman. He was serving a two-year sentence. His attorney said his client is bipolar and developmentally disabled. Read more.
