CHARLESTON, WV - A quadriplegic man serving a sentence at Mt. Olive Correctional Complex for drug charges has asked the state Supreme Court to move him because he says the facility cannot properly care for him. And his mother, who has always taken care of him, said she is afraid her son will die before he leaves the prison. Timothy Jordan, 45, of Buffalo, filed an emergency petition this week asking the court to overrule Putnam County Circuit Judge Edward Eagloski and send him to a minimum-security facility closer to home and his parents. |
