WEST BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA - The multi-million-dollar renovation and expansion of the Bradford County Correctional Facility is nearly complete and could come in a little under budget, a county commissioner said. The project, which began last year, is expected to be entirely finished within the next month, Bradford County Commissioner Nancy Schrader said Thursday at a meeting of the Bradford County Prison Board. “The new female unit can’t be used yet,” the jail’s warden, Kevin Losinger, said at the Prison Board meeting. “There’s some work that still needs to be completed on the female unit.
