County wants three per cell

CINCINNATI, OH - Hamilton County officials have asked a federal judge to approve a plan to assign three prisoners to jail cells that now accommodate two inmates.

Officials say they need to house more prisoners because they cannot afford to continue paying neighboring Butler County to take the jail's overflow. Read more.
