HONOLULU, HI - Interim state Public Safety Director Clayton Frank is demanding an investigation of a new mainland prison that houses Hawaii inmates. The department says seven of the inmates in Arizona left their cells yesterday when 12 doors inside an administrative segregation unit were opened by mistake. Officials say two of the inmates at Saguaro Correctional Center got into a fight, with one suffering superficial injuries. Read more.
