ATLANTA, GA - The Georgia Parole Board announced today that clemency hearings for Troy Anthony Davis will not continue while the Georgia Supreme Court considers his appeal. The state's high court agreed Friday to hear an appeal for a new trial. Davis, who's now 38 years old, was granted a stay of execution last month. Read more.
