Mo. executions could resume

ST. LOUIS, MO - A federal appeals court has refused to consider whether Missouri's lethal injection method of capital punishment is constitutional, leaving it unclear whether executions will resume in the state.

The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday denied a request by condemned inmate Michael Taylor to consider the question. Read more.
