NEW HAMPSHIRE - The first time he joined the military, Paul Hyson recalled that it was "with my father's boot as a motivational factor, if you get my drift." Thirteen years after completing that initial hitch and several career changes later, however, Hyson, 38, of Alexandria eagerly signed up for his second tour.
