SAN DIEGO, CA - District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis and Sheriff Bill Kolender have joined several state law enforcement officials in opposing two federal lawsuits that could prompt the early release of prison inmates. Riverside County District Attorney Rod Pacheco filed a motion Tuesday on behalf of Dumanis and 14 other district attorneys seeking to intervene in the lawsuits against the state and Gov.
