| Inmates charged with hazing |

SALT LAKE CITY, UT - Four Weber County Jail inmates have been charged with the sexual battery and hazing of two other prisoners. Jail officials say they can't comment on the charges because the incident has led to a federal lawsuit against the jail. The lawsuit claims officers declined to intervene. Jesus Cuevas-Martinez, Armando Torres Mendez, Daniel Lee Moore and Alfonzo Moya-Breton are charged with the crimes. Read more.
